🗂 We’re Hiring: Learning Specialist🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a creative, technology-focused, and learning-oriented Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop, implement, and improve digital learning experiences for employees, customers, and other target audiences. This role will work closely with Learning & Development, HR, subject matter experts, Technology, and business teams to deliver engaging, accessible, and scalable digital learning solutions.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Design and develop engaging digital learning programs, courses, modules, and learning resources.• Translate learning objectives and business requirements into effective digital learning experiences.• Develop e-learning content, interactive modules, videos, presentations, assessments, simulations, and other digital learning materials.• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, structure, and validate learning content.• Design learning journeys, course structures, storyboards, scripts, and instructional materials.• Configure and maintain digital learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning platforms.• Apply instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and learner-centered design approaches.• Develop quizzes, assessments, knowledge checks, simulations, and interactive activities to measure learning outcomes.• Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, assessment results, and learning effectiveness.• Analyze learning data and identify opportunities to improve content, learner experience, and program performance.• Collaborate with HR, L&D, IT, and business teams to align digital learning programs with organizational goals.• Support onboarding, compliance training, technical training, leadership development, and professional development programs.• Manage digital learning projects, timelines, content reviews, testing, and publishing.• Ensure digital learning content is accessible, user-friendly, responsive, and compatible across devices.• Maintain learning content libraries, course documentation, version control, and digital assets.• Research emerging learning technologies, AI tools, instructional methods, and digital education trends.• Identify opportunities to improve learning delivery through automation, personalization, analytics, and new technologies.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in digital learning, e-learning, instructional design, Learning & Development, training, or a related field.• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning, learner engagement, and digital education.• Experience developing e-learning courses, interactive learning content, training videos, assessments, or digital learning resources.• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.• Strong content development, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.• Experience with multimedia tools such as video editing, presentation, graphic design, or animation software is an advantage.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, HR, L&D, IT, and business teams.• Strong project management and organizational skills.• Understanding of digital accessibility standards and responsive learning design is preferred.• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS integrations, or learning technology standards is an advantage.• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant certifications in instructional design, digital learning, LMS administration, or learning technologies are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to design innovative digital learning experiences for diverse audiences.• Exposure to learning technology, instructional design, AI-enabled learning, employee development, and digital transformation.• Opportunity to work with HR, L&D, technology, and business leaders on strategic learning initiatives.• Career progression into Senior Digital Learning Specialist, Instructional Designer, Digital Learning Manager, Learning Technology Manager, Learning & Development Manager, or Head of Digital Learning roles.• A technology-driven, collaborative, and learning-focused work environment.• Access to professional learning platforms, training, mentorship, and development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
