The organization values collaboration with families and professionals to create supportive environments that foster growth and independence.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Learning Support Assistant (Arabic-speaking) role based in Abu Dhabi. The Learning Support Assistant will work closely with children in educational and developmental settings, providing individualized support, reinforcing learning objectives, and assisting with classroom and therapy activities. Responsibilities include helping with lesson implementation under the guidance of teachers and specialists, supporting behavior management strategies, facilitating communication and social interaction, and preparing learning materials. The role also involves maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, collaborating with families and staff, and ensuring that daily activities align with organizational safeguarding and inclusion standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching skills, including supporting lesson delivery and individualized learning.Candidates should possess Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children skills, with an understanding of child protection policies and safe practice.Candidates should possess solid interpersonal and Communication skills, including fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English.Relevant experience working with children in educational, special needs, or developmental support settings is highly beneficial.A diploma or degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and follow professional guidance and program plans.Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice.
