The team is committed to fostering growth, independence, and confidence in every child through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.Role Description</strong> The Learning Support Assistant will provide day-to-day educational and developmental support to children in an on-site setting located in Dubai. This full-time role involves assisting lead teachers in implementing lesson plans, supporting individual and small-group learning, and helping children develop academic, social, and communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, reinforcing classroom routines, monitoring student progress, and documenting observations for the educational team. The Learning Support Assistant will help maintain a safe, nurturing environment, follow safeguarding procedures, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support each child’s learning goals.Qualifications Ability to provide Assistant Teaching support, including helping implement lesson plans and facilitating individual or small-group learning.Strong Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children skills, with a commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant environment.Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Prior experience in special education, early childhood education, or developmental support is highly beneficial.Relevant certifications or training in education, child development, or safeguarding are an advantage.Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt support strategies to meet diverse learning and developmental needs.Fluency in English; additional language skills in Arabic or other commonly spoken languages in the UAE are a plus.
