Services are developed by listening closely to a global clientele and tailoring solutions to match their specific requirements.Role Description The Learning Support Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, supporting learners within educational settings managed by Al Najma Al Fareeda International Facilities Management Services. The role involves assisting teaching staff in delivering lessons, reinforcing learning objectives, and providing individualized support to students who require additional help. The Learning Support Assistant promotes an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment by encouraging participation, monitoring student progress, and helping manage classroom routines. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, supporting behavior management in line with school policies, and collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement support plans. The role also requires maintaining high standards of safeguarding, communicating effectively with colleagues and, where appropriate, families, and contributing to continuous improvement in learning support practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching skills, including experience supporting educators and learners in classroom or comparable educational environments.Candidates should possess Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children skills, with a clear understanding of child protection policies and the ability to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, teaching staff, and other stakeholders.Relevant experience in educational or learning support roles, ideally within schools or training centers, is highly beneficial.A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field is preferred, along with basic IT literacy and the ability to follow institutional policies and procedures.
