Special Minds offers both center-based and home-based support, working closely with schools and caregivers to create consistent learning environments.Role DescriptionThe Male Arabic Learning Support Assistant is a contract, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves supporting students in Arabic language and curriculum, reinforcing lesson content, and providing one-on-one or small-group assistance under the guidance of teachers and specialists. Daily tasks include helping with classroom activities, preparing simple learning materials, monitoring student engagement and behavior, and documenting progress. The assistant will promote a safe, supportive environment, follow safeguarding procedures, and maintain clear communication with teaching staff and families as appropriate. The role also requires collaboration with the wider team to implement individualized learning plans and adapt support to students’ needs.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Assistant Teaching and experience supporting classroom learning or individualized instruction.Candidates should possess knowledge and practical skills in Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children, with a strong commitment to student safety and wellbeing.Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.Fluency in Arabic and good working proficiency in English are highly beneficial.Relevant experience in special education, learning support, or working with children with diverse needs is an advantage.A relevant diploma or degree in education, special education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, follow structured routines, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
