We are focusing on the Gulf region now, so Arabic-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.CompensationSalary: $1,000–$1,300 USD per monthBonuses: Additional performance-based bonuses apply and will be explained upon hiringPayment schedule: Twice a month (10th and 25th)Working hoursPrimary schedule: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM GSTWork format: 5 days on / 2 days offKey responsibilitiesProvide daily learning and administrative support to students, parents, and teachersAssist with student onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordinationCommunicate with families and staff via email, messaging platforms, and callsSupport teachers with academic and organizational tasks as neededHelp resolve student concerns, feedback, and basic technical or platform-related issuesParticipate in parent feedback conversations to support student progress and retentionMaintain accurate records and prepare routine student reportsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic and operational workflowsWhat we’re looking forStrong communication and organizational skillsComfort working with students, parents, and teachers in an online settingAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesWillingness to learn and grow within the roleArabic fluency is a strong advantageGrowth opportunitiesLegacy Online School offers clear opportunities for professional growth and promotion.
