As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Lease Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of our FIT-Lease product.In this role, you will work at the intersection of business requirements, SAP functional processes, and product development. You will collaborate closely with customers, functional teams, and ABAP developers to transform business needs into sustainable and reusable product functionalities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer requirements and internal development requests received for the FIT-Lease productTranslate business needs into functional requirementsPrepare user stories, requirements, functional specifications, and test scenariosClarify requirements with the ABAP development team and follow up on the development processEvaluate whether customer-specific needs can be transformed into reusable and sustainable product features.Actively participate in sprint planning, review, and refinement meetingsPerform functional testing of developed featuresContribute to the product backlog by analyzing customer feedbackSupport keeping FIT-Service product documentation up to dateEvaluate product compatibility within the scope of Private Cloud / S/4HANA transitionsQualificationsStrong functional understanding of SAP processes with the ability to debug or analyze technical issues when needed4+ years of experience in SD and FIExperience in integration processes among CRM, FI and SD is a plusAbility to analyze requirements and design effective solutionsExperience with SAP S/4HANAHave sufficient technical awareness to work effectively with development teamsHave experience in preparing test scenarios and conducting functional testsHave strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsHave good written and verbal communication skillsProduct-oriented mindset with strong ownership skillsNice to haveExperience working with SAP Add-on productsKnowledge of equipment leasing and rental processes, including lease contract management, asset allocation, billing, maintenance, returns, renewals, and end-to-end equipment lifecycle management within the FITLease product.Familiarity with SAP Private Cloud processesExperience using Jira or similar backlog management toolsExperience working in an Agile / Scrum modelProficiency in English at a level sufficient to read and write documentationSoft skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong team playerProactive, curious, solution-driven, and eager to learnAbility to bridge technical and functional teamsStrong documentation discipline and attention to detailAbility to think with a product-oriented perspectiveStrong prioritization and follow-up skillsStrong ownership and result-oriented mindsetWhat you will gainGain close exposure to SAP add-on product development processesDevelop functional consulting competencies with a product management perspectiveGain experience in Private Cloud and S/4HANA compatibility topicsTake an active role in Agile product development processesTransform customer needs into standard and sustainable product functionalitiesBe part of FIT GlobalIf you are excited about combining SAP functional expertise with product development and want to contribute to building sustainable solutions for our customers, we look forward to meeting you.Apply now and join FIT Global!
