Position Description We are looking for a full-time on-site Leasing Agent in Clearwater, FL who has extraordinary energy, attention to detail, and communication skills. We need someone who has the desire to work hard, excel, and grow within a great company. The Leasing Agent’s responsibility is to lease and manage apartments in the Culture Property Management portfolio. Daily activities will include communicating with and showing units to potential tenants, screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, collecting rent, creating and managing online listings and media, local business outreach, managing tenants, making lease renewal offers, updating internal Culture notes and spreadsheets, coordinating with team members, and assisting with property management tasks on AppFolio Property Manager. Work hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-FridayHourly wage: $18.50/hourOvertime: Available, and encouragedIncentive structure: Sizable performance bonuses included as part of company compensation package.
