Leasing & Commercial Analytics Manager

JOB OVERVIEW / PURPOSEThe Leasing & Commercial Analytics Manager reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical role in supporting the commercial growth of the business through data-driven decision making, pricing strategy and financial analysis. The role is responsible for developing pricing models, commercial strategies and financial business cases across SIXT Rent A Car, Leasing, Limo and Corporate Sales. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will provide analytical insight that supports key business decisions including pricing, funding, fleet investment, product development, lifecycle strategy and future mobility solutions. This is a highly analytical role requiring exceptional commercial awareness, financial modelling capability and a passion for solving complex business challenges. The successful candidate will challenge existing thinking, develop innovative commercial solutions and support the long-term profitability and growth of the business.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCommercial AnalyticsBuild financial models to support strategic business decisions.Analyse business performance and identify commercial opportunities.Develop dashboards, reports and executive presentations.Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.Pricing & Product StrategyDevelop pricing strategies across Rental, Leasing and Limo.Build EMI calculations and leasing financial models.Develop new mobility products and commercial offerings.Review competitor pricing and market trends.Fleet & Financial AnalysisAnalyse fleet economics and lifecycle profitability.Build business cases for vehicle purchases, cycling strategies and disposal decisions.Evaluate funding structures, residual value assumptions and commercial returns.Support negotiations with banking and finance partners.Business ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce operating costs.Support automation and AI-driven improvements across commercial functions.Challenge existing business practices using data and commercial insight.Support strategic projects across the business.ReportingProduce commercial dashboards and KPI reporting.Develop financial forecasts and scenario modelling.Build executive reports and board presentations.Ensure reporting accuracy and commercial integrity.CollaborationPartner with Fleet, Rental Operations, Sales, Finance and Corporate Sales.Support the General Manager on strategic projects and commercial initiatives.Provide analytical support across all business lines.Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the business.POSITION REQUIREMENTSWORK EXPERIENCEEssentialMinimum 5 years' experience in commercial analytics, pricing, financial modelling or business strategy within the automotive, mobility, leasing or car rental industry.Demonstrated experience developing pricing models and commercial business cases.Strong understanding of financial analysis, profitability modelling and commercial decision making.Experience producing executive-level reporting and analysis.Highly DesirableExperience within car rental or vehicle leasing.Experience working with banking or vehicle funding models.Experience supporting fleet strategy and lifecycle analysis.Experience building commercial products or mobility solutions.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.Professional finance or analytics qualifications are advantageous.SKILLS / BEHAVIOUR ATTRIBUTESAdvanced Microsoft Excel (essential)Advanced Microsoft Office SuiteStrong financial modelling capabilityCommercial and strategic thinkingAdvanced analytical skillsData visualization and reportingExcellent presentation skillsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detailAbility to simplify complex commercial informationExperience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate analysis and enhance business decision making is highly desirable.COMPETENCIESCommercial AcumenFinancial AnalysisStrategic ThinkingAnalytical Problem SolvingInnovationContinuous ImprovementBusiness PartnershipPlanning & OrganizationAccountabilityResults OrientationWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a commercially minded individual who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, financial analysis and strategic thinking.
