Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.

What You’ll Do

Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property toursProcess rental applications and lease agreements. Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goalsMarket available units through online listings, social media, and community outreachRepresents Village Green at various outside networking & social functionsProblem-solving skillsWhat We’re Looking For: Strong sales and customer service skillsLease-up experience Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environment Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required Proficiency in property management software is a plusQualificationsThis is a fast-paced professional environment where each day will be different.
