Leasing Manager - Al Qassim

📢 We’re Hiring | Leasing Manager – QassimWe are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join our Commercial team and lead leasing activities across our malls in the Qassim Region.The role will focus on driving occupancy, attracting the right brands and concepts, managing tenant relationships, and achieving leasing targets across designated retail spaces.Key Responsibilities:Identify and attract potential retailers, brands, and new concepts to occupy available units.Manage the leasing process from prospecting and tenant engagement through negotiation and deal closure.Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate MOUs and lease agreements.Contribute to developing the right tenant and activity mix within the malls.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.Monitor leasing performance and provide regular progress reports and recommendations.Support the achievement of annual leasing targets, including number of leases and GLA leased.Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth completion of leasing transactions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5+ years of experience in Mall Leasing, Retail Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate.Strong knowledge of the retail market, brands, and leasing practices.Proven negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.Ability to prepare, interpret, and assess lease agreements.Excellent communication and commercial skills.📍 Location: Qassim Region, Saudi ArabiaIf you have a strong background in retail or mall leasing and are ready for your next opportunity, we encourage you to apply directly through LinkedIn.
