This position is responsible for managing lease agreements, overseeing lease administration, and supporting property management activities for the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to inform leasing strategies, negotiating lease terms, maintaining detailed lease records, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Leasing Manager monitors occupancy levels, develops resident retention initiatives, and responds to tenant inquiries to support high satisfaction and stable tenancy. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of leasing processes.Qualifications Demonstrated experience with leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.Proficiency in market research to analyze rental trends, demand, and competitive positioning.Background in property management, focusing on daily operations, tenant relations, and facility coordination.Experience in resident retention strategies, including communication, issue resolution, and service-focused initiatives.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Sharjah on a full-time basis.Relevant academic background in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field; professional certifications in leasing or property management are a plus.Familiarity with leasing software or property management systems and proficiency in standard office productivity tools.
