The company is committed to creating long-term property value through sound planning, a well-balanced tenant and service mix, disciplined operations, and places that respond to their communities.Job Summary:The Leasing Manager will oversee and manage all leasing operations for Corner Stone Property Management’s rental portfolio while establishing and growing the company’s brokerage arm for leasing services. This role is responsible for maximizing occupancy rates, ensuring competitive rental strategies, maintaining tenant relationships, and expanding leasing opportunities across all projects. The Leasing Manager will also build and manage a professional leasing team to handle both in-house properties and third-party brokerage transactions, driving revenue growth and strengthening the company’s market presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize rental income.Manage the leasing process for all in-house rental projects, from marketing vacancies to negotiating lease agreements.Build, lead, and grow the brokerage arm of the business, establishing a strong network of landlords and tenants.Conduct market research to analyze rental trends, pricing, and demand.Oversee tenant relations, ensuring a positive tenant experience and timely resolution of issues.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute leasing campaigns.Monitor leasing performance, occupancy metrics, and revenue targets, reporting to executive management.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all leasing activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.7+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate brokerage, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of rental markets, leasing contracts, and tenant relations.Proven ability to build and manage a leasing or brokerage team.Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and market expansion.
