STAY Residential emphasizes quality service, well-maintained properties, and a customer-centric leasing experience.Role Description The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing all leasing activities for assigned residential properties. The individual in this role will manage the full leasing cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective residents through the application and move-in process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate lease documentation, monitoring occupancy and rental rates, and coordinating with property management to ensure units are market-ready. The Leasing Manager will track market trends, assist in developing leasing strategies, and implement resident retention initiatives through excellent customer service and timely resolution of resident concerns. The role also requires regular reporting on leasing performance and collaboration with the operations and marketing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.Qualifications Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, with the ability to clearly explain terms and conditions to prospective and current residents.Experience in property management and resident retention, including handling resident concerns and supporting community-building initiatives.Ability to conduct market research and analyze local rental trends to inform pricing, promotions, and leasing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse residents and team members.Solid organizational and time management skills, including accurate record-keeping and handling multiple leasing activities simultaneously.Proficiency with property management and CRM software, as well as basic MS Office applications.Relevant experience in residential leasing or real estate; prior work in multifamily or Build-to-Rent properties is an advantage.Diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
