Leasing Manager

ROLE SUMMARYThe Leasing Manager is responsible for executing leasing operations and managing tenant relationships across a defined regional portfolio of malls. The role ensures occupancy targets, revenue goals, and tenant satisfaction are met by driving timely lease transactions and proactive account management.ROLE PROFILEManage leasing activities across assigned assets, including new leases, renewals, and replacements.Prepare and present proposals, rent justifications, and internal approval documentation.Negotiate lease terms in accordance with regional pricing guidelines and governance standards.Maintain ongoing communication with tenants to address operational and commercial concerns.Support anchor tenant negotiations and relationship development.Ensure high tenant satisfaction through responsive servicing and coordination with mall operations.Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitor benchmarks.Track KPIs including occupancy rate, rent yield, and lease maturity schedules.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.6–10 years of experience in leasing or property management, ideally within regional or multi-asset portfolios.Exposure to Bahrain or GCC retail markets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
