The Leasing Specialist will support leasing operations by responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting property tours, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing lease documents, ensuring accurate lease administration, maintaining up-to-date records, and assisting with move-in and move-out procedures. The role also focuses on resident retention by addressing concerns promptly, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting community engagement initiatives. The Leasing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align leasing activities with organizational policies and performance goals.Qualifications Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with the ability to build positive, ongoing resident relationships.Experience with leases and lease administration, including handling documentation, renewals, and compliance with relevant regulations.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with residents and colleagues.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple leasing tasks and deadlines.Comfort with basic office software and property management systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related customer-facing role is beneficial.Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
