Job Purpose: The Leasing Supervisor plays a critical role in expanding and maintaining retail footprint by identifying high-value locations, negotiating favorable lease terms, managing existing contracts, and supporting long-term occupancy strategies across all markets. This role ensures optimal store placement aligned with commercial performance and brand visibility goals.Key Responsibilities:Lease Acquisition & NegotiationIdentify potential store locations in strategic markets that fit our target customer profile.Evaluate commercial viability through footfall, demographic, and competitor analysis.Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, renewal conditions, and contractual obligations to secure optimal value.Prepare leasing proposals, business cases, and ROI studies for management approval.Lease Administration & DocumentationManage the complete lifecycle of leasing agreements from initiation to renewal or termination.Maintain accurate digital and physical records of lease contracts, amendments, addendums, and payment schedules.Ensure the timely execution of lease documents in coordination with Legal, Finance, and Management.Landlord & Property Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact with landlords, property developers, mall management, and commercial real estate partners.Address escalations related to lease disputes, rental adjustments, and occupancy obligations.Build strong collaborative relationships to secure premium retail spaces and future expansion opportunities.Financial Tracking & BudgetingMonitor rental payments, security deposits, and lease-related expenses.Support forecasting and budgeting for store rental costs.Review annual rental escalations and recommend negotiation strategies for cost optimization.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze lease performance indicators including revenue per sqm and store profitability.Prepare periodic expansion reports, lease expiry calendars, and market analysis updates.Present recommendations for new sites, downsizing, relocation, or closure.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.+3 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or mall leasing — strong preference for luxury or FMCG retail.Strong knowledge of commercial leasing laws, contract structures, and rental models.Experience negotiating with malls, landlords, and property developers in GCC (preferred: KSA, UAE, Kuwait).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, leasing systems, and contract management tools.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
