Leasing Team Lead

Location: Dubai, UAECompany: Think RealtyThink Realty is looking for an ambitious and experienced Leasing Team Lead to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai residential leasing, proven sales performance, and the leadership skills needed to build, motivate and manage a high-performing team of leasing consultants.About the RoleAs Leasing Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the leasing team while also leading from the front. You will support agents with negotiations, viewings, client management and deal closures, while ensuring the team consistently meets its targets.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership* Train, coach and develop leasing agents* Set clear individual and team targets* Monitor daily activity, pipeline and performance* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews* Motivate the team and create a competitive, positive working environmentLeasing Operations* Oversee residential leasing transactions from lead generation through to completion* Assist agents with challenging negotiations and client situations* Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline management* Monitor listings and ensure properties are marketed effectively* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalismPerformance & Targets* Establish and track KPIs for the leasing team* Analyse individual and team performance* Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans* Lead by example by actively contributing to the team’s sales resultsWhat We’re Looking For* 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience, preferably within residential leasing* Previous experience in a senior consultant, team leader or management position is preferred* Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market* Proven track record of achieving sales/leasing targets* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Strong leadership and coaching ability* Highly organised and target-driven* Professional appearance and attitude* UAE driving licence is preferred
