Leasing Team Lead

I'm hiring a Leasing Team Lead to join a fast-growing PropTech and FinTech business in Dubai. This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for driving leasing performance, managing and developing a high-performing team, and helping scale a technology-led approach to residential leasing and property management.You'll take ownership of the leasing function from property onboarding and pricing strategy through to tenant acquisition, renewals and portfolio performance. You'll also work closely with product, marketing and operations teams to improve the customer experience and increase adoption of digital rental and payment solutions.What you'll be doing:• Lead, manage and develop a team of leasing professionals, driving individual and team performance• Own the end-to-end leasing process, from property onboarding and pricing through to tenant acquisition and renewals• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with wider commercial and growth objectives• Set and monitor KPIs across leasing performance, occupancy, revenue and customer experience• Analyse market trends, rental data and portfolio performance to inform pricing and leasing strategy• Coach team members, establish clear performance expectations and build a high-performance culture• Build strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants and other key stakeholders• Identify opportunities to improve leasing efficiency, portfolio performance and revenue• Work closely with marketing, operations and product teams on growth and customer initiatives• Ensure leasing activities remain compliant with RERA and UAE real estate regulationsWhat we're looking for:• 5+ years' experience within Leasing, Residential Real Estate, Property Management or a closely related area• At least 2-3 years' experience leading and managing leasing teams• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE residential real estate market• Proven experience managing leasing performance and driving commercial growth• Strong understanding of the full leasing lifecycle, including property onboarding, pricing, tenant acquisition and renewals• Experience setting targets, managing KPIs and coaching leasing professionals to improve performance• Strong landlord, tenant and stakeholder management experience• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills• Commercially minded and comfortable using data to make decisions around pricing, occupancy and portfolio performance• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new platforms, CRM systems and digital solutions• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related disciplineNice to have:• Experience within a PropTech, FinTech or technology-led real estate business• Experience managing sizeable residential property portfolios• Exposure to digital rent collection, payment solutions or other technology-led real estate products• Experience working within a fast-growing startup or scale-up environmentWhy join?• Join a fast-growing UAE PropTech and FinTech business modernising the residential rental experience• Take ownership of a key commercial function with the opportunity to shape and scale the leasing team• Work at the intersection of real estate, technology and financial services• Help introduce new technology and digital payment solutions into the traditional leasing market• Work in a fast-paced environment where you'll have genuine ownership and influence over how the function developsIf you're an experienced UAE leasing professional who enjoys leading teams, driving commercial performance and wants to help modernise the way residential leasing is done in Dubai, I'd love to speak with you!
