The lecturer will design and deliver engaging training sessions and educational programs related to the company’s focus areas, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, presenting lectures and workshops, facilitating discussions, and assessing participant progress through assignments, evaluations, or feedback sessions. The role also involves collaborating with operational and HR teams to tailor learning content to client and internal needs, maintaining documentation of training activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of curricula. The lecturer is expected to foster an inclusive learning environment, support participants’ professional development, and represent iPS professionally in all educational interactions.Qualifications Strong instructional design and teaching skills, including experience creating lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.Ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations and facilitate group discussions for diverse audiences in a classroom or workshop setting.Proficiency in using digital tools and learning platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS systems, video conferencing tools) to support training delivery.Solid knowledge or strong interest in the Maritime, Energy, Tunnelling, or Civil sectors, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible learning content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including planning training schedules and managing multiple courses or cohorts.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to adapt teaching methods based on feedback and learning outcomes.Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, engineering, maritime studies, energy, or a related field.Prior experience as a lecturer, trainer, instructor, or
