The lecturer will design, deliver, and update course content related to accommodation operations, including front office, housekeeping, guest services, and related hospitality management practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, supervising practical sessions, assessing student performance, and providing academic guidance. The lecturer will engage with industry trends to keep teaching materials current and support student projects, internships, and career readiness in the accommodation sector.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accommodation operations, including front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest relations.Demonstrated ability in classroom teaching, lesson planning, student assessment, and use of modern instructional methods.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.Organizational and administrative abilities for managing academic records, coordinating practical training, and supporting events.Proficiency with basic computer applications and educational technology used for teaching, learning management, and student evaluation.Relevant academic qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree is preferred.Industry experience in hotel accommodation operations or hospitality management, with exposure to quality and service standards.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and continuous professional development in the hospitality field.
