- Next-Gen Blockchain Curriculum: Design and conduct interactive lectures, coding sessions, and practical workshops teaching students how to understand blockchain architecture, develop smart contracts, build decentralized applications, and architect Web3 solutions.
- Hands-On Blockchain Development: Mentor students in utilizing modern blockchain development tools and technologies, including Solidity, Ethereum, Hardhat, Foundry, MetaMask, Web3.js, Ethers.js, Remix, and blockchain APIs.
- Smart Contract Quality & Security: Teach critical engineering fundamentals, including smart contract testing, code review, security auditing, gas optimization, vulnerability detection, and verification of blockchain-based applications to prevent security risks and technical debt.
- Web3 & DApp Development: Guide undergraduate students through real-world decentralized application projects, including full-stack Web3 development, wallet integration, smart contract deployment, token systems, and blockchain API integration.
- Project Supervision: Guide students through practical blockchain projects involving areas such as DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, tokenization, decentralized identity, and enterprise blockchain applications.
- Academic Delivery: Evaluate student coursework, design practical assignments, conduct project assessments, and participate in academic mentoring across flexible on-campus and online sessions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree with a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or higher, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, or a closely related field.
- Hands-On Blockchain Experience: Practical, proven fluency in developing blockchain and Web3 applications using technologies such as Solidity, Ethereum, smart contracts, Web3 libraries, blockchain APIs, and decentralized platforms.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 1 year of lecturing, mentoring, or technical training experience in higher education or professional developer bootcamps.
- Core Engineering Fundamentals: Strong background in software engineering, including data structures, clean architecture, version control, API integration, distributed systems, databases, and testing frameworks.
- Blockchain Fundamentals: Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, cryptography fundamentals, smart contracts, token standards, decentralized applications, and blockchain security.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and live-coding demonstration skills, with the ability to bridge blockchain theory with practical development workflows and real-world industry applications.WHAT WE OFFER
