Lecturer (Business/Management)Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Herald College Kathmandu, Naxal𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in alignment with module learning outcomes and institutional standards. • Prepare lesson plans for each course and effectively deliver the materials outlined in the study guide. • Monitor student attendance, participation, and performance, and report concerns to the Programme Leader or relevant academic staff. • Design, assign, and provide constructive feedback on coursework and assessments to promote critical thinking and academic growth. • Support students' progress through guidance on research, referencing, and professional communication.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Master's degree in Business, Management, International Business, or a related discipline from a recognised institution. • Previous teaching experience in higher education or a relevant professional environment. • Strong knowledge of the assigned module subject area and contemporary developments within the discipline. • Strong research, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams and support student success. • Professional conduct, reliability, and commitment to academic excellence.Interested candidates can share their CV to: ujjwal.tandukar@heraldcollege.edu.np
