Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in classroom settings, conducting doubt-solving sessions, and providing individualized academic support to students. The role involves designing and evaluating tests, tracking student performance, and sharing feedback to help learners improve steadily. The Lecturer will collaborate with other faculty members to refine teaching strategies, update content based on exam trends, and maintain a disciplined yet encouraging classroom atmosphere. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharwad.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant science disciplines (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology) aligned with NEET and CET syllabi.Proficiency in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and use of structured instructional methods suited for competitive exam preparation.Ability to design assessments, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous student improvement.Effective communication, mentoring, and motivational skills to guide and support diverse learners in a high-performance environment.Experience with exam-oriented coaching methodologies, including previous teaching roles in NEET/CET or similar entrance exam training, is preferred.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Science or Education); additional pedagogical training or certifications are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to maintaining academic rigor and student well-being.
