Lecturer – Computer Science & Engineering

Position Summary: We are looking for a qualified CSE professional to join Daffodil International Academy as a Lecturer and deliver high-quality teaching in programming, data structures, algorithms, and OOP. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities: Conduct classes on programming, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and related CSE subjects.Prepare lesson plans, class materials, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.Teach and explain programming concepts using practical examples and problem-solving approaches.Guide students in laboratory work, programming exercises, projects, and academic activities.Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.Support students in developing strong problem-solving, coding, and analytical skills.Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, workshops, seminars, and other institutional activities.Maintain academic records and perform other responsibilities assigned by the department.Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching, training, software development, or academic experience.Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, qualifications, and competencies.Job Location: 19/1, Panthapath, Dhaka
