We promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, creating opportunities for passionate and talented individuals to grow and contribute to our continued success.Job Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee academic schedules, timetables, examinations, and related academic activities to ensure efficient program delivery.Monitor and manage academic calendars, ensuring adherence to institutional timelines and academic requirements.Provide professional guidance and support to students on academic policies, course selection, progression, and program requirements.Serve as a key liaison between students, academic staff, cross function departments/ teams and campus management, facilitating effective communication on academic matters.Support quality assurance initiatives by ensuring compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.Prepare and maintain academic reports, records, and documentation, while supporting admissions, student orientation, and graduation processes.Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and other academic activities related to Science and Engineering programmes.Skills & Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of industry/lecturing experience in higher education setting,or a bachelor's and a master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of lecturing experience in higher education setting.Experience in academic coordination, student support, or academic administration will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of university-level modules, assessments, and academic quality standards.Excellent command of English - both written and spoken.Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage academic databases and reporting tools.Ability to work collaboratively with academic and professional staff.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel, mentor, and guide students.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
