The lecturer will deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science, prepare and update lesson plans, and design assessments aligned with program outcomes. Daily responsibilities include lecturing, guiding lab sessions, mentoring students, providing academic advising, and maintaining up-to-date course materials. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings, engaging in scholarly or industry-related activities, and supporting university initiatives that enhance teaching quality and student success.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, with the ability to teach core and advanced topics.Hands-on expertise in Programming and related practical tools or frameworks.Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to integrate security concepts into teaching.Experience in Lecturing, including effective classroom management and student engagement.Proven ability in Curriculum Development, including designing syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessments.Master’s or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline (PhD preferred for senior-level teaching).Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and the use of modern pedagogical and assessment methods.Ability to collaborate with colleagues, contribute to departmental activities, and participate in quality assurance processes.Relevant teaching experience at the university level and involvement in research, industry projects, or professional certifications in computing are advantageous.
