📢 We’re Hiring: Lecturer in EnglishSchool of Education, Walailak University, ThailandWalailak University is currently accepting applications for one full-time academic position as Lecturer in English in the Language Teaching Program, School of Education.The position involves teaching, research, academic development, and academic service.QualificationsApplicants should have:A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education, English, English Language Teaching, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.Relevant academic or research experience in English language education.At least one academic publication within the past five years, an academic rank, or prior university-level teaching experience will receive special consideration.Applicants with a doctoral degree are generally expected to have at least one Scopus Q1 publication published or accepted for publication, subject to the university’s official academic staff criteria.Applicants with a Master’s degree must have completed a research/thesis-based program.Required academic GPAs and English proficiency must meet Walailak University regulations.English ProficiencyThe standard requirement is equivalent to:TOEFL PBT / ITP: 550TOEFL iBT: 80IELTS: 6.5TOEIC: 686CEFR: B2WU-TEP: 84CU-TEP: 100Certain applicants may qualify for exemptions, including native speakers recruited to teach their native language and applicants who completed qualifying degrees in English-medium programs abroad.Salary💰 Doctoral degree: Starting from 40,000 THB/month💰 Master’s degree: Starting from 28,000 THB/monthFinal salary and additional compensation may be determined based on qualifications, expertise, and experience according to university regulations.
