In addition to ACCA/CIMA, Achievers offers the globally recognized CPD program.Role Description The Lecturer will deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and exam-focused sessions in relevant subject areas, ensuring that students are well prepared for professional examinations and corporate careers. Responsibilities include developing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with curriculum requirements, and updating content to reflect current industry and professional standards. The role involves mentoring and guiding students, providing academic support, and monitoring performance through assignments, tests, and feedback. The Lecturer will participate in academic meetings, contribute to program improvement, and support extra-curricular initiatives that enhance students’ professional and personal development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo.QualificationsStrong subject-matter expertise in QuickBooks and Accounting Software.Demonstrated teaching, lecturing, or training experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of students.Curriculum development and assessment design skills, including preparing lecture materials, study guides, and examination-focused content.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a student-centered and inclusive approach to teaching.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to academic quality and integrity.Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams, contribute to institutional initiatives, and support extra-curricular activities.Proficiency with educational technologies and digital tools for teaching, content delivery, and student engagement.Prior experience in QuickBooks and Accounting Software is an advantage.
