About the programmeBusiness today cannot be separated from technology. Data, software and artificial intelligence nowsit at the centre of how firms compete, how markets work and how value is created, and themanagers who lead well are those who understand both the logic of business and the workings ofthe technology transforming it. The four-year BBA (Honours) is built for that reality. It is agreenfield programme, designed from first principles rather than adapted from an older model, toprepare graduates who can reason across business, technology and society and contribute fromtheir first day at work.The programme is delivered in partnership with an international university, which gives it aninternational dimension from the outset. The partnership begins with visiting faculty, sharedcourses and summer courses, and will grow into faculty exchange, credit-bearing mobility andresearch and internship pathways, so that students learn within a global academic communityrather than a purely local one.The curriculum rests on four academic cores, taught in an integrated way rather than in isolation:Business; Technology and AI; Liberal Studies; and Entrepreneurial and Workplace Readiness.Learning follows the LEAP framework of Learn, Engage, Apply and Practice, which combinesrigorous coursework with sustained experiential and industry-embedded work. Every studenttakes two of four concentrations (indicative): Analytics and Decision-Making; Venture Building andInnovation; Health Systems and MedTech; and Global Affairs and Geopolitics. Concentrationsreplace conventional specialisations, giving students depth in an emerging domain while keepingthe breadth to navigate a changing world. The programme overall lets students learn not onlyabout organisations but from them. The first cohort begins in September 2026 on the Bengalurucampus, aligned to the National Education Policy 2020.The four tracks● Business: the analytical and functional foundations of management, spanning marketing,economics, finance, accounting, strategy, operations, analytics and law, taught as the corediscipline of how organisations create and sustain value.● Technology and AI: computational thinking, data analytics, machine learning andgenerative AI, together with the practice of building digital products and platforms, so thatstudents can both use and reason about the technologies now central to business.● Liberal Studies: writing, reasoning, ethics, and Indian philosophy and knowledge systems,developing the breadth, judgement and human understanding that distinguish goodmanagers.● Entrepreneurial and Workplace Readiness: the entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking,negotiation, leadership, communication and professional excellence, developed largelythrough practice so that graduates are productive from day one.The roleWe invite applications for full-time residential Lecturers to lead teaching and facilitation onfoundational and skills-based courses across the programme, with primary demand in theEntrepreneurial and Workplace Readiness and Liberal Studies tracks, and in the experientialmodules where skilled facilitation matters more than research specialisation. We are looking foroutstanding educators who bring energy to the classroom, care deeply about student growth, andwant to help build a new programme from its first cohort. Indicative courses include MakingEffective Presentations, Professional Excellence, the Writing Seminar, Leading Self and Others, andthe applied and experiential project modules.Eligibility (mandatory)- A First Class Master's degree, PGDM or MBA in the relevant discipline (minimum 55 per centor equivalent grade).- Demonstrated ability to teach or facilitate at undergraduate level. For experiential andfacilitation roles, relevant professional or facilitation experience is expected in place of aresearch record.Desirable- NET, SET or SLET, or a PhD completed or in progress.- Industry, start-up, immersion or structured facilitation experience.- Global exposure through study, work or teaching.Key responsibilities- Deliver courses using the LEAP framework, with a strong emphasis on active and appliedlearning.- Facilitate experiential, project-based and skills modules, and support students through them.- Design assessments, evaluate student work, and give developmental feedback.- Contribute to the faculty content packs and to continuous improvement of course materials.- Mentor students and support the wider life of the programme.Why joinThis is a unique opportunity to help shape a new, globally benchmarked undergraduateprogramme from the ground up, in one of India's most dynamic cities for technology andenterprise.
