We are looking for educators who are not afraid to use creative methods to inspire and challenge our students, as we steer our expanding Psychology Department.ROLE PROFILE:• Primary responsibilities encompass the preparation of teaching/learning materials and assessments in consultation with University of Staffordshire, teaching undergraduate courses, assessment of students, project supervision, and overall student support. Senior staff are also encouraged to undertake research and contribute to academic development and management activities.PERSON PROFILE:LECTURER/(FULL-TIME) – PSYCHOLOGY:• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division.• Postgraduate degree, professional qualification or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.SENIOR LECTURER (FULL-TIME) – PSYCHOLOGY:• Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division.• Master’s degree in psychology with a Distinction or Merit.  • Professional qualification or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.• Five years of teaching experience at the University level.Successful candidates may look forward to an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
