Every project reflects a strong commitment to visual quality, reliability, and turning client concepts into memorable experiences for viewers.Role Description The LED Screen Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and operation of indoor and outdoor LED screens for live events, film sets, and broadcasts. Day-to-day tasks include setting up LED panels and structures, connecting and configuring controllers and processors, ensuring proper signal flow, and monitoring screen performance during events. The technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with production, lighting, and camera teams to achieve optimal visual results. The role also involves preparing equipment for transport, maintaining inventory, following safety procedures, and supporting tight production schedules, including evenings, weekends, and event-based hours as needed.Qualifications Hands-on experience with LED screens, including installation of LED panels, rigging, cabling, and basic structural setup.Knowledge of LED screen controllers, processors, and video systems (e.g., signal routing, scaling, resolution and color calibration).Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, including troubleshooting connectivity, power, and display problems under time constraints.Familiarity with live event environments, broadcast or film production workflows, and collaboration with production crews.Understanding of electrical safety, basic electronics, and adherence to on-site health and safety standards.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow technical documentation and layout plans.Capacity to lift, move, and handle technical equipment and work comfortably in varying on-site conditions.Effective communication skills in English and ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team.Willingness to work flexible hours based on event schedules and meet strict deadlines.Previous experience in LED technology, audiovisual, or stage/event technical roles; experience in the UAE or regional market is an advantage.Technical diploma or certification in electronics, audiovisual technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
