This may include conducting legal due diligence, legal research, drafting and negotiating transactional and corporate agreements, and liaising directly with clients. Advise on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and FDI-related requirements, including applicable foreign ownership restrictions and licensing regimesConduct legal research on various subjectsCoordinate with the government authorities and communicate with team and client on updating progress of worksProvide general legal assistance to other lawyers in the office and other tasks reasonably associated with the foregoingRequirementsEssential skills & experience:Bachelor degree of laws (LL.B.) and preferably a Master of laws (LL.M.)3-4 years' experience with international law firm or multinational companyProficient in both spoken and written EnglishStrong practical knowledge of the Thai legal systemAble to work under pressure and time constraintBe enthusiastic person and effective team memberPosition will be based in Bangkok and may require occasional travel up-country Applications should include a curriculum vitae or resume, accompanied by a covering letter outlining the candidate's interest in and suitability for the position.All applications and expressions of interest will be treated confidentially, being reviewed only by DFDL Senior Management and Human Resources team.Please note that this position is open until filled.
