Prospective team members can expect to work in a dynamic environment that supports long-term investment strategies and sustainable development.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support and ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide practical legal advice to support business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and general business matters.Handle legal disputes, claims, legal notices, and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel.Ensure the company's compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.Advise and support management by providing timely legal opinions and practical legal solutions.Monitor changes in UAE legislation and regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the company's operations.Assist with corporate governance matters, including maintaining legal records, corporate documents, and regulatory filings.Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and transactions.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling legal matters and sensitive information.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); a Master's Degree or professional legal qualification is an advantage.Minimum 7 years of legal experience within the UAE, with strong exposure to corporate and commercial legal matters.Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.Strong knowledge of UAE laws, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial legal practices.Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.Salary : Up to AED 15,000
