The Group is headquartered in Dubai, UAE.The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support across the Group's real estate and commercial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract drafting and review, legal documentation and records management, regulatory compliance, tenancy and recovery matters, dispute resolution, and litigation support.The role requires strong practical knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures, particularly in UAE real estate and tenancy laws, Rental Dispute Center (RDC) procedures, debt recovery, bounced cheque matters, commercial disputes, and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of legal advisory experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the UAE real estate sector, with proven practical experience handling RDC and tenancy dispute cases, including case preparation, filing, submissions, hearings, eviction matters, settlements, appeals, and follow-up of judgments and enforcement procedures.Litigation & Dispute ResolutionDraft, prepare, manage, and monitor legal disputes and cases, including:Rental Dispute Center (RDC) cases and tenancy disputes.Rental claims, eviction cases, non-payment disputes, and tenancy-related legal proceedings.Civil and commercial cases.Labour disputes.Criminal matters where applicable.Legal notices and recovery claims.Settlements, judgments, enforcement, and appeals.Handle RDC cases from initial assessment through case preparation, filing, submission of supporting documents and evidence, follow-up of hearings, expert meetings where applicable, judgments, enforcement procedures, and appeals.Prepare statements of claim, responses, legal notices, evidence files, legal summaries, submissions, and supporting documentation.Attend hearings, expert meetings, judicial inspections, RDC proceedings, and site visits as assigned.Coordinate with external lawyers and legal counsel where required and closely monitor litigation progress, deadlines, judgments, and enforcement actions.Ensure all RDC and other legal filings, responses, submissions, and procedural requirements are completed accurately and within applicable deadlines.Maintain up-to-date case files, litigation trackers, RDC case registers, and management reports.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Legal Advisory or a closely related legal role.Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate sector, preferably within property management, real estate investment, development, brokerage, or related sectors.Proven hands-on experience in managing and handling Rental Dispute Center (RDC) cases in Dubai.Strong working knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, court procedures, tenancy regulations, RDC procedures, and applicable regulatory frameworks.Demonstrated Experience In:Contract drafting and review.Legal advisory.UAE real estate and tenancy matters.Hands-on management of RDC cases and rental disputes.RDC case filing, preparation of claims and responses, submission of evidence, hearing follow-up, judgments, enforcement, and appeals.Eviction proceedings and tenancy-related claims.Debt recovery and bounced cheque matters.Legal notices and pre-litigation procedures.Litigation and dispute resolution support.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of UAE court systems, RDC procedures, and regulatory processes.Strong practical expertise in Dubai RDC procedures and tenancy dispute resolution.Ability to independently manage RDC cases, including case assessment, documentation, filing, hearing follow-up, judgments, enforcement, and appeals.Practical experience dealing with DLD, RERA, RDC, MOHRE, and relevant government or free zone authorities.Strong contract negotiation and legal risk assessment skills.Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving capabilities.Strong follow-up and case management skills.
