Legal AdvisorThis role will act as a key legal partner to the business, providing commercially focused legal advice across corporate, operational, and technology-related matters. The successful candidate will support senior leadership in managing legal risk, ensuring compliance, and enabling the smooth execution of business-critical commercial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice to senior stakeholders on a range of commercial, corporate, and operational mattersDraft, review, and negotiate contracts including IT services agreements, MSAs, SLAs, licensing agreements, and vendor contractsEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworksIdentify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks across business activitiesManage disputes, claims, and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel where requiredDevelop and maintain internal legal policies and proceduresSupport procurement, sales, and delivery teams on contract structuring and negotiation strategyRequirementsLaw degree from a recognised and accredited universityMinimum 8+ years’ experience in legal advisory or in-house legal rolesStrong background in corporate and commercial law, ideally within technology, IT services, Holding Group or consulting environmentsProven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contractsStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworksExperience with technology-related contracts (MSAs, SLAs, SaaS, licensing agreements) preferredOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
