Legal Advisor

Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and strategic business documents.Provide legal advice on company operations, labor matters, and regulatory compliance under Thai laws.Support cross-border legal issues and collaborate with regional/global legal teams.Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.Manage legal risks and provide risk mitigation strategies for the business.Handle legal disputes, litigation, and work with external counsel when necessary.Conduct internal training to enhance legal awareness across business functions.Translate or interpret legal documents and discussions across English, and Mandarin, as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university.License to practice law in Thailand is required.Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational industry.Strong knowledge of Thai commercial, labor, and corporate law.Excellent communication and legal writing skills in Thai and English.Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
