Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe successful candidate will support the firm in providing high-quality legal services to clients, with responsibilities covering legal research, drafting, case preparation, client communication, and day-to-day legal matters.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of applicable UAE laws and regulations, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support to clients under the supervision of senior lawyers/partners.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on UAE laws, regulations, procedures, and relevant case law.Draft, review, and amend legal documents, agreements, contracts, legal notices, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal correspondence.Assist in preparing cases, claims, defences, submissions, and supporting documentation.Review contracts and other legal documents to identify potential legal, commercial, and compliance risks.Assist senior lawyers in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and other legal proceedings, where applicable.Prepare legal opinions, case summaries, and research memoranda based on client requirements.Communicate professionally with clients and assist in understanding and addressing their legal requirements.Coordinate with courts, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant entities when required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, legal records, and documentation.Monitor case deadlines, hearings, submissions, and other important legal timelines.Support senior management and partners with legal research, case strategy, and preparation of client presentations.Stay updated on changes and developments in UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures.Ensure all work is carried out with strict confidentiality, professional ethics, and attention to detail.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.3–4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a UAE-based law firm or legal practice.Good working knowledge of UAE laws, legal procedures, and regulatory requirements.Multilingual candidates are preferred for this position.Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, notices, pleadings, and legal correspondence.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Arabic language skills would be an advantage, particularly for UAE legal practice.Ability to manage multiple cases/matters simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Professional, client-focused, organized, and commercially aware approach.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team.Key CompetenciesLegal Research & AnalysisLegal Drafting & DocumentationContract ReviewLitigation & Dispute SupportUAE Legal KnowledgeCase ManagementClient Relationship ManagementNegotiation & CommunicationAttention to DetailTime ManagementProfessional Ethics & ConfidentialityWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with an established UAE-based law firm.Exposure to a diverse range of legal matters and clients.Professional and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for career development and professional growth.Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV to us via our email cv@klayhr.com for consideration.
