This is a strategic role, providing legal guidance and risk management across a wide range of business activities.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial contracts and agreements to protect the organisation’s interests.Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Implement and oversee compliance and governance frameworks across operations.Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to align business and legal objectives.Keep abreast of legislative changes and assess their impact on policies and processes.Support and mentor junior members of the legal team.Requirements8+ years’ experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within multinational or technology-focused organisations.Bachelor’s degree in Law; licensed or eligible to practice in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE and regional laws, with the ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.Arabic speaker (spoken and written).
