Legal AdvisorAmbitek Group | Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab EmiratesReference: AMB/PR/2610/01Ambitek is a UAE-based group working across executive search and recruitment, manpower supply, outsourced employment (EOR) and PRO services, building contracting, MEP and civil subcontracting, facilities management and workforce operations in Tanzania.We are hiring a Legal Advisor to work directly with the Group CEO and get the group's legal matters in order.What you will work on:Employment law: contracts, offer letters, disciplinary matters, terminations, end of service benefits and MOHRE complaintsEOR and PRO: third-party employment arrangements, MOHRE classification, client agreements and labour supply complianceVisas: work permits, visa processing and cancellations, absconding cases, and support for the PRO teamReal estate: tenancy agreements, Ejari, RERA matters, and leases for offices and staff accommodationCommercial: client agreements, recruitment terms, subcontracts, supplier agreements and NDAsDisputes: debt recovery and dispute support, working with external counsel where neededDocumentation: standard templates, policies and a proper document trail across the groupWhat you will need:UAE legal experience (essential)UAE employment law experience, including Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (essential)Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken (essential)A law degree and minimum 3 years of experienceWorking knowledge of MOHRE and visa processesKnowledge of UAE real estate law, such as RERA and tenancy mattersWhat you get:Direct work with the CEO on matters that affect the whole groupExposure to several industries instead of oneIf that is roughly where you are, send your CV to careers@ambitek.ae quoting AMB/PR/2610/01
