Legal Advisor – Commercial & Contracts (KSA)

Mannai Corporation is expanding its operations across Saudi Arabia. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor – Commercial & Contracts to support multiple business units and play a key role in our KSA expansion journey.This position will focus on managing complex commercial agreements, strengthening contract governance, and providing strategic legal support

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic legal partner to senior management, providing clear and practical advice on commercial and contractual mattersLead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial, project, and vendor agreements, ensuring strong legal and commercial positioningProvide expert legal oversight on high-value contracts, safeguarding business interests and minimizing contractual exposureEstablish, implement, and maintain robust contract governance frameworks, policies, and approval processes across business unitsEnsure full compliance with Saudi laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standardsIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate legal and contractual risks across all stages of business operations and project executionSupport business growth and expansion initiatives by structuring and reviewing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial agreementsProvide clear legal opinions and risk assessments to support executive decision-making and commercial strategyManage and coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized matters, disputes, and complex transactionsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align legal, commercial, and operational objectivesOversee contract lifecycle management, including documentation, controls, and audit readinessRepresent the organization in legal and contractual discussions, negotiations, and engagements within Saudi Arabia

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in a legal advisory role, with strong exposure to commercial and contractual matters in ICT and MEP commercial contracts.Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalentProven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and project contractsStrong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and applicable legal frameworksDemonstrated ability to advise senior management and manage complex legal and commercial issuesFluency in Arabic and English is highly preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills"Lead the future start with the best" Join Mannai
