The successful candidate will draft and review contracts, manage legal matters, and support compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations in coordination with relevant departments and external legal counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and prepare contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and service providers, and participate in negotiations to protect the company’s interests.Provide management with legal opinions and memoranda on commercial transactions, employment matters, and operational issues.Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s activities, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate compliance measures.Review internal policies, regulations, and procedures in coordination with Human Resources and other relevant departments.Follow up on litigation, disputes, and legal claims, and prepare supporting documents and memoranda in coordination with licensed lawyers and legal advisors.Support responses to inquiries and correspondence from government and regulatory authorities.Identify legal risks in contracts and operations and recommend practical solutions and preventive measures.Organize and maintain contracts and legal records, tracking validity periods, renewal dates, and related obligations.Prepare periodic reports on litigation, contracts, and other legal matters while maintaining the confidentiality of information and documents.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.Relevant professional experience in corporate legal affairs, contract drafting, and contract review.Sound knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations, particularly commercial, corporate, and labor laws.Strong legal research skills and proficiency in drafting legal memoranda, contracts, and correspondence in Arabic.Proficiency in English sufficient to review contracts and documents and communicate professionally.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.Experience in the gold and jewelry sector or related trading activities is preferred.A license to practice law is an advantage.
