Role SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and articulate Legal AI Trainer (freelance at this stage) to serve as the bridge between cutting-edge AI and the legal sector. In this project-based role, you will help law firms seamlessly integrate and maximize specialized AI tools. Success in this position means empowering legal professionals to confidently adopt AI solutions, thereby enhancing their workflow efficiency and daily practice. You will play a crucial part in our overarching mission to modernize the legal industry through expert, engaging, and highly practical education.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop comprehensive workshops and specialized training materials tailored specifically for legal professionals.Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to groups of lawyers and legal support staff, ensuring complex technological concepts are easily digestible.Demonstrate and instruct users on the practical application of specific legal AI platforms, including Lizzy AI, Nevo AI, Harvey AI, and Takdin.Assess and determine user requirements during training sessions to adapt teaching methods and ensure maximum usability and understanding of the software in production.QualificationsLegal Expertise: Strong background and working knowledge of the legal field, including an understanding of legal workflows and terminology.Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience and familiarity with leading legal AI tools such as Lizzy AI, Nevo AI, Harvey AI, and Takdin.Training Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering professional content, facilitating workshops, and speaking in front of groups.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly articulate with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner.Passion & Drive: A genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and a deep-seated interest in how it transforms the legal ecosystem.תקציר התפקידאנו מחפשים מדריך/ת Legal AI נלהב/ת ורהוט/ה לתפקיד פרויקטוריאלי (פרילנסר בשלב זה). במסגרת התפקיד, תהוו את הגשר בין בינה מלאכותית מתקדמת למגזר המשפטי, ותעזרו לפירמות עורכי דין להטמיע ולהפיק את המרב מכלים טכנולוגיים חדשניים. הצלחה בתפקיד משמעותה העצמת עורכי דין וצוותים משפטיים לאמץ פתרונות AI בביטחון, תוך שיפור משמעותי של היעילות ושיטות העבודה שלהם. תפקיד זה הינו חלק קריטי במטרה שלנו לחדש ולייעל את תהליכי העבודה המשפטיים באמצעות הדרכה מקצועית ומרתקת.תחומי אחריותתכנון, הכנה ופיתוח של סדנאות ומערכי הדרכה מקיפים המותאמים בצורה מדויקת לאנשי מקצוע בתחום המשפט.העברת הדרכות איכותיות, רהוטות ומרתקות לקבוצות של עורכי דין וצוותים משפטיים, תוך פישוט מושגים טכנולוגיים מורכבים.הדגמה והדרכה מעשית על פלטפורמות AI ייעודיות לעולם המשפט, לרבות LIZZY AI, NEVO AI, HARVEY AI ו-TAKDIN.אפיון צרכי המשתמשים בשטח והתאמת שיטות ההדרכה בזמן אמת, כדי להבטיח שימוש נכון והבנה מקסימלית של המערכות.דרישות וכישוריםרקע משפטי: ידע והבנה עמוקה של עולם המשפט, תהליכי העבודה במשרדי עורכי דין וטרמינולוגיה משפטית.היכרות טכנולוגית: היכרות וניסיון עם כלי AI משפטיים, בדגש על LIZZY AI, NEVO AI, HARVEY AI ו-TAKDIN.ניסיון בהדרכה: ניסיון מוכח בהעברת תכנים מקצועיים, הדרכת קבוצות ועמידה מול קהל.כישורי תקשורת: יכולות ביטוי מעולות בעל פה ובכתב; ורבליות, רהיטות ויכולת הנגשת מידע בצורה ברורה ונעימה.זיקה ואהבה לתחום: אנרגיה, להט ואהבה אמיתית לעולמות הבינה המלאכותית (AI) ועולם המשפט.
