For more information, candidates can visit http://www.fptsoftware.com.Role Description Reviewing, drafting, and advising on various IT contracts and commercial agreements, primarily in English and Vietnamese.Managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation with stakeholders, execution, and termination.Supporting the development and enhancement of contract templates.Providing legal advice and consultation on corporate governance matters based on the laws, regulations, and commercial practices of European countries, primarily those where FPT Software Europe has a presence (e.g., Germany, Denmark, Sweden, etc.).Assisting in the development of internal policies and processes to ensure compliance with European laws.Handling dispute resolution with customers and vendors.Performing other tasks as assigned by the line managerQualificationsBachelor’s degree in law.
