Responsibilities1. Global Compliance System Building: Design, implement and iterate end‑to‑end global compliance frameworks covering spot, derivatives and TradFi business lines. Develop tailored compliance policies and risk‑control standards for cross‑border digital‑asset and prime‑brokerage businesses to satisfy multi‑jurisdictional regulatory requirements.2. Regulatory Monitoring & Strategy: Continuously track policy updates across Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, BVI, the United States, Spain and other key jurisdictions. Formulate proactive, business‑aligned compliance solutions to mitigate cross‑border operational and regulatory risks.3. Licensing & Regulatory Liaison: Oversee global financial and digital‑asset license application, roll‑out, ongoing maintenance and annual compliance review. Act as primary point‑of‑contact for regulatory authorities, managing regulatory inquiries, audits, examinations, statutory filings and periodic regulatory reporting.4. Legal Risk Governance: Lead corporate legal and compliance governance. Apply senior‑level TradFi compliance experience to review user agreements, cross‑border commercial contracts, business rules and derivative‑related legal documents. Identify full‑life‑cycle business risks, establish control mechanisms, resolve cross‑border compliance disputes, and align digital‑asset operations with traditional‑financial compliance benchmarks.5. AML & Sanctions Compliance: Build and enhance digital‑asset‑oriented AML, CTF, KYC and cross‑border sanctions‑screening frameworks. Leverage proven TradFi risk‑management methodologies to optimize user onboarding, transaction‑monitoring and fund‑control rules, delivering closed‑loop compliance and risk mitigation.6. Internal Audit & Risk Inspection: Establish regular compliance inspection, internal‑audit and risk‑investigation mechanisms. Conduct cross‑jurisdictional compliance reviews, identify compliance gaps, drive remediation and process optimization to sustain long‑term compliant operations.7. Business Compliance Enablement: Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams to provide compliance strategic guidance for global market expansion, new‑jurisdiction entry and product launches. Deliver structured internal compliance training and standardize company‑wide compliance execution.8. Team & Process Leadership: Lead cross‑jurisdictional legal‑compliance workflows, optimize daily operations and cross‑regional collaboration, and build standardized, scalable compliance governance processes.Requirements1. Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of legal and compliance experience within financial services, digital assets or cross‑border brokerage. Hands‑on track‑record in exchange or prime‑brokerage compliance and global compliance‑system build‑out. Solid senior‑level TradFi legal & compliance experience is a strong plus.2. Academic & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance or Business. Advanced law degrees or law‑firm practitioner background are highly preferred. Deep understanding of both TradFi and digital‑asset regulatory regimes, including cross‑border licensing and multi‑jurisdictional compliance rules.3. Core Competencies: Practical experience with global licensing administration, cross‑border dispute resolution and derivatives compliance risk management. In‑depth knowledge of digital‑asset AML, CTF, KYC and sanctions‑compliance frameworks. Prior compliance‑system building experience in traditional financial institutions is a key advantage.4. Leadership & Execution: Proven experience leading cross‑border compliance functions and optimizing governance workflows. Strong cross‑functional collaboration, resource integration and end‑to‑end decision‑making capabilities.5. Strategic & Risk Mindset: Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory‑communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong risk anticipation and proactive compliance awareness; capable of independently resolving complex cross‑border legal‑compliance matters.6. Certifications & Language: CAMS / ACAMS / ICA or equivalent compliance certifications preferred. Fluent in English and Mandarin for global regulatory and cross‑team communication; additional regional languages are a plus.
