Legal and Compliance Intern

📢 At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern to join our Legal & Compliance Department. In this role, you will be responsible of the following tasks:Support the Legal & Compliance Department across a broad range of workstreams, including legal research, contract review, corporate governance matters, and day-to-day administrative activities.Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and the monitoring of internal control processes.Provide support in corporate transactions and other legal matters by preparing documentation, assisting in due diligence processes, and maintaining legal records.Assist in responding to legal and compliance queries from business departments and affiliated companies under the supervision of the Legal & Compliance Department.Assist in the drafting, review, and organization of legal documents, internal policies, procedures, and compliance materials.Maintain legal and compliance records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.💼 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Law, or equivalent relevant discipline..English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2)Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)Other Valuable Requirements:Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Communication skills and relationship management, strategic thinking, ability to execute, problem-solving and attention to detail. Agile thinking and problem solving. Proactivity, with the ability to work independently. Ability to learn and apply internal procedures.
