Legal and Compliance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all in house legal matters for this rapidly expanding shipping/maritime business.ResponsibilitiesSupport the review, preparation and management of commercial contracts, agreements and legal documentation.Support the preparation and review of confidentiality agreements, supplier agreements, client agreements and other business documentation.Provide administrative and legal support for cross-border business activities.Maintain awareness of international legal considerations relevant to the Company's operations.Assist with KYC documentation, due diligence requests and regulatory requirements.Maintain confidential legal files and ensure documentation is stored securely.Support the Company in ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are appropriately managed.Assist with maintaining corporate records across multiple company entities.QualificationsExperience in maritime/shipping/charters is preferredMinimum 6 years experience, ideally with some EU experienceLaw Degree
