Basic knowledge of Patent Act/Patent law2. Has basic knowledge of patent prosecution and is able to draft responses to FER3. Has basic knowledge of patent drafting of claims and specifications - is able to draftupto 60% expectations, then he/she can be considered, anything above 75% in thisarea is an easy hire.4. If someone is strong in prosecution (Indian or Foreign) and has basic knowledge ofdrafting of claims, spec, etc. (even though he has never drafted a case)) can turn outto be a good candidate for an associate role.5. Basic knowledge in technical knowledge/subject matter/engineering domain.Key Skills required:1. Good academic record and analytical skills2. Good Communication Skills
