Legal Assistant

Assist in the preparation and filing of family-based and employment-based petitions and applications for various immigrant and non-immigrant visa classifications submitted to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State. Also assist in the preparation and filing of applications for naturalization. This position provides an opportunity to learn about the requirements and procedures associated with various types of immigrant and non-immigrant visa classifications.REQUIREMENTS: Must have bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, excellent writing skills and analytical skills, and be well-organized, and attentive to detail. Fluency in Spanish, French, Ukrainian, or Russian a plus. Prior experience in immigration law is not required.
