Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Summary:Legal Admin and Processor is responsible in the legal, administrative and logistical support to Ayala Land, Inc. Legal Group. The main objective is to provide assistance to the ALI Legal lawyers in terms of coordination with the ALI subsidiaries, as well as the preparation and finalization of transaction documents for the business units.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or over the phone; answering or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.2. Generate information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics for lawyers' review.3. Proofreading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routingcorrespondence, reports, and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; organizing client conferences and lawyers' meetings; scheduling couriers and special functions; coordinating the preparation of charts, graphs, and other required documents.4. Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence for the legal team.5. Represent lawyers by communicating and obtaining information; following up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to thelawyer.6. Maintain the notarial book and manage the notarization of documents, ensuring compliance with court requirements for maintaining notarial commission.7. Experienced in Intellectual Property processes, including: reviewing and drafting trademark applications, providing guidelines on mark registration and registrability, conducting trademark searches and IP law research, filing applications and necessary documents with the IPO, coordinating with businessunits and external law firms, preparing responses to examiners and other legal documents, and monitoring application statuses and deadlines.8. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.9. Enhance department and organization reputation by taking ownership of work; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.10. Perform other tasks as assigned, necessary for the accomplishment of core work and project deliverables.REQUIREMENTS:1. Male or female not over 35 years old2. Must be able to work full time as Legal Assistant3. Must have at least 5 years work experience in a law firm or in-house Legal4. Preferably have a background on the transactions with government agencies5. Preferably a degree holder in Legal Management and/or other related courses6. Must be willing to be trained and to perform any other tasks required by the lawyers
